About:
Elian is often travelling, or so it seems. He apparently disappears for days and sometimes weeks at a time before he is seen in public around Chronos again. He does not travel as much as people assume however. Elian has a younger sister, whom he unofficially adopted after finding her while he was travelling once. People would realise Elian has a much kinder personality than they think if they knew most of his time was spent looking after his sister, who is often ill.
Though people don’t know it, Elian and his sister actually live in town; the exception being the Doctor, who visits Elian’s sister in their home once a week, hidden by the night.  Despite his rare appearances in public, Elian seems to know the names of almost everyone in town.
When he is spotted around town, Elian is normally seen in the Town Square, during the markets held there occasionally and though he is actually kind, he can seem quite distant, often worried about his sister.    
There are rumours that Elian knows something about the timeshifts, but he does not speak about them openly.
Being a travelling bard, Elian is often seen with a lute, or an ocarina.
